To provide technical phone support to the dealerships, installers and end users. Implement training procedures for the dealership network.
Duties and Responsibilities
Attend training to develop a high level of product knowledge and skills. Troubleshooting and support in a variety of areas to assist the dealerships and installers. Administration of Warranty and Service information. Processing of warranty claims. Manual service assistance on products. Handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Ensure that high standards of service are provided at all times. Provide hands on training to the dealerships and installers. Prepare online and hard copy training material to assist the dealerships and installers. Training programs may require travel throughout the dealership network.
Qualifications and skills
Strong customer service background with a minimum of 3 years experience. Excellent communication skills are necessary to communicate and discuss issues internally and externally. The ability to continually build, support and meet the expectation of the client base. Contribute to a positive corporate image by maintaining a professional manner with all levels of staff as well as external organisations and individuals. Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email. CRM software – ZOHO advantage
Salary dependent on experience.
