At the heart of the living room is the amazing Lopi Flush Wood Large NexGen, our largest inbuilt wood fireplace capable of heating up to 300Sqm, making it the perfect fireplace for heating this open kitchen, dining and living floorplan on cold Goulburn nights.

The Lopi Flush Wood Large NexGen is one of the most efficient inbuilt wood heaters, with a peak efficiency of 67%, meaning you get more heat from less wood therefore cutting down the cost of effectively heating your home. In addition to the radiant heat exerted from the unit, the Flush Wood Large NexGen ships as standard with twin 90 CFM fans included, allowing you to increase the convection heat on colder days. Due to the high heat output from this unit, the Flush Wood Large NexGen is designed to be installed into existing masonry builds (such as existing fireplace recesses). However, if this is not available in your home, the Flush Wood Large NexGen can also be installed into timber framing, with the addition of our optional Zero Clearance Box Kit.

This includes the hottest part of the fire, the baffle system which benefits from a parts and labour warranty of 7 years whilst others view this as a consumable! The Flush Wood Large boasts an impressive burn time of up to 12 hours without re-loading, keeping you warm throughout the colder nights. The Flush Wood Large also incorporates a high-quality cast-iron door and our latest pinched door seal and secure locking door handle technology, which keeps the handle cool and creates an air tight seal, stopping the door from warping or flexing and ensuring no smoke escapes the firebox into the room. Additionally, the large firebox is 0.085 cubic metres in size, accommodating for large logs up to 610mm wide.

Additional accessories available for the Flush Wood Large NexGen include our optional GreenStart Igniter, a more effective and convenient way of starting and reigniting your fireplace. At the press of a button, a compressor forces 760°C preheated air into the firebox, igniting your wood for a quick and smokeless start up. After 30 seconds, the igniter shuts down as the blower continues to push air into the firebox, acting as bellows to fan the fire, ensuring the flame doesn’t burn out. The Flush Wood Large also has 5 optional faces available, allowing you to change look of the fireplace to suit your home’s style. These faces include our Times Square Face, Shadowbox Face, Metropolitan Face, Universal Face, and our most recent addition, the Boston Face.
