Why is my fireplace beeping?

Possible Cause:

  • Heater beeps once: The heater beeps once whenever a button on the remote is pressed
    THIS IS NORMAL
  • Heater beeps twice: The heater beeps twice whenever a button on the remote is pressed.
    The power backup batteries are low.
    Replace the 4 x AA batteries in the battery box (see owners manual).
