Why won’t the burner in my fireplace start?

Possible Cause: 

  • The battery box switch is turned to “OFF”
    Turn the battery box switch to “ON”
  • The remote control is not working correctly
    See the remote control instructions. See “Thermostat Operation”
  • The thermostat is disconnected or set too low No gas in LPG tank
    Check LPG Tank Level
